Thanks

Check out Alpine that's what I have. Compatible with the "steering wheel" controls but the auxillary is in the back so you'll have to run a wire. I had the installers route a wire up through the center console via a small drilled hole. I can keep the Mp3 player in there and it's perfectly clean. It's also compatible with pretty much all formats (Mp3, etc.) I believe.

Modifry makes a DCI that allows you to hook up a wide variety of aftermarket head units to the OEM controls. Price isn't too bad either.

Yeah that is possible to do, you will most likely need to purchase an upgraded wiring harness if the installer cannot use the factory one. They run for about $80-$100, but well worth the money since you can still use the left hand controls. Alpine or Pioneer i know will work the best. Hope that helps.

is there a plug or anything for the auxiliary? i saw the auxiliary button and i want to play mp3's from my player. my mom's suv has an auxiliary button with a plug that enables her to play mp3s. i was wondering if the s2k also does that
