Is there any way to hook up an ipod our stock '07 s2000 head unit?

Honda sells a kit for just that purpose our you can do a Google search for iPod adapters for S2000 ipod adapter for honda s2000 - Google Search

Honda discontinued the Ipod adapters. I don't know why. Also you can check crutchfield they have a good selection of Ipod adapter that work with the stock radio.

Give Enfig Car Stereo in New Jesey a call. That's where I got mine. Also Dice is having numerous problems that they can't seem to fix. Had to return mine for a USAspec model. It's under $150 and very easy to install. Good luck

My brother-in-law has had good luck with the USAspec cable in multiple Honda automobiles with his iPod.

the honda musiclink, it's a factory upgrade i-pod cable. a little pricey but its honda with warrenty. also good placement.
