Soft top frame and cloth question

So the rear bar on my soft tops frame doesn't stay back by the window like it's supposed to.

If I retract the top, then put it back up the rear-most bar (the one just above the window glass) stays stuck to the next one in line. I can grab it and shove it back down where it belongs, but it doesn't feel secure there.

Can somebody please post a pic (or some pics) of that area from the inside? I think my top is missing something...

Here's what mine looks like after just raising the top:

And there are these two open spots on either side of the top with what appears to be an elastic band running inside:

There is meant to be a strap that connects to the other bar. Basically it pulls this bar into the correct position, sometimes this gets stretched too much and stops working effectively.

As per the technical service bulletin below:

would you mind taking a pic for me? I have no strap connecting the two, and that TSB is about the 2nd rib, not the last one

My top opens and closes just fine, but that rear-most rib above the window always sticks to the next one in line, rather than staying back just above the window glass like it should. I can shove it back into place but it just pops forward once wind pushes on the rear window...

if you go to Modifry Products Home Page you can buy some straps there too.

I wish that was the problem

Still haven't been able to figure out what is missing/broken.

Can somebody please take a picture of that last rib from inside the car with the top up?
