Subs?

Hi, I just got my 99 s2000 and ive got two 12inch subs and two amps that i took out of my old car, just wondering with the boot space being so small has anyone fit 2 subs in there, if not 2 just the one, does anyone have pics of there boot set-ups

I think your only shot of getting subs into the car is using the stealth box which goes where the toolbox is with a 10" sub.

you can build a very small sealed enclosure on each side of the trunk.

its alot harder then building a square mdf box. There are how tos online for fiberglassing.

If you get an efficient sub you can get away with 1 10" sub. My Boston Pro audio 10.5 LF only requires a 1/2 cuft box. Many people fill up the whole trunk well with a box and then fill it with dampening material. You can get the same performance from a smaller acoustic enclosure. Find a good quality sub and get the box size from the manufacturer, not the guy at the store who wants to put a coffin in your trunk.

Nope sorry. I think some company might make one like it the other day I saw a pic of one just like mine on the passenger side im not sure if it was custom or prefab.

I have a single sub in my trunk, with a box that fits perfectly in the deep part of the trunk that matches the material.
