Where are my seatbelt coils located..?

I need to know where my seat belt coils are... I appreciate any and all help...

I appreciate it man... I was thinking that was where it was but did not want to start pulling stuff off and realize I was going in the wrong direction...
Thanks for the link too... It helped a lot because I would have done something stupid like try to separate the roll hoop plastics... Awesome response...
