1997 Gold Saturn SC2 to 2001 Yellow Honda S2000.

Need I say more?

The car will be here in about two and a half weeks.

Any particular disadvantages to the 2001 model? If so, any of those issues that need to be addressed quickly?

The one I'm getting has 40,000 miles.

No real issues other than make sure to change all the fluids after you get it. Tranny, diff, clutch, brakes, etc. just to be safe.

I'm a fool, to warn you ahead of time.

What is the reasoning for changing the fluids? I'm sure there's a good reason, and I plan to, now that you suggested it, but I'm just wondering what the purpose of this precaution is.

'Cause the reason that brings us all here together ain't cheap. If you're gonna err, always on the side of caution. (n' the reason that I'm such an expert on this is because I believe I may hold the record for allowin' dumb to cost me money)

I would just change them so that I knew they were changed. Kind of a 'peace of mind' type thing.
