Hey All.. Newbie from Sydney here...
I just recently bought a S2000 and I'm really in love with it. What made my mind up on the initial test drive was the red engine start button... very cool. Ive had it for about 3 months and still learning how to drive it.. hehehe I always have grin on my face everytime I 'give it' on the motorway and the engine changes its purr to this unbelievable 'zinging sound' - The sound reminds me of a Super charged Bike I once saw (and heard). It's awesome. Not planning to do upgrades on it yet... I want to be able to master the beast before I do anything to it (mechanically). Maybe, in a few months Ill get the baby some new rims... Apart from that - I'm pretty happy with the standard stock...which was a change... because when I bought my WRX all I wanted to do was uprade it... With my S2000 - it's already to cool.... |

Right on the money!
You'll get a lot of approval from the regulars on your plan to keep it as is and get to know her better. Sounds like the love affair is just beginning. Congrats on the purchase, and be safe!

Welcome aboard cOOp.
'Think I've jus' been referred to as a "regular". As a life-long odd-ball, I'll take that as a compliment Tim. But Tim's right on the money cOOp. Alleluia brethren! Turn to psalm 4 of brother Java's mantra:" and lo let ye not seasoneth the food before it hath been properly tasted . . eth" I've had mine for a year n' a half n' I'm still learnin' where it's limits are too. (Slow learner) Be well. Java

Welcome; the s2000 has too much potential not to do something with it. I understand you are hapy with it just the way it is and I believe thats key to enjoying what you got, no matter what it is. Now the only thing I can tell you is that you have to get out there and see what some people have done to their rides and whether you're willing to make some changes. The opportunities are endless
