How Much Do You Love Your S2000?

How much do I love my S2000? I'd trade my wife and both kids for this car! Ok, maybe I'd keep the kids. And ironically, it was my ex-wife who turned me on to the S2000 in 2004 and we ended up buying matching Red ones at the same dealership in Louisianna. So I guess I owe her one... a BIG one! She likes hers. I on the other hand, HAVE LOVED MINE EVERY DAY SINCE. My S2000 got washes every week, waxes and detailing every month, more than regular maintenance and tender loving care reserved for only... well... my S2000. I am pretty sure my Black 2002 Accord 4 door was jealous. I even had long-term plans of keeping my 2004 forever and modding it to the max.... but then... the other evening... I went out to eat and somone decided they needed my radio antenna more than I did. So the next day when I went to a local dealership to get a replacement antenna... only a replacement antenna... and well... there on the showroom floor... all fresh and perky, all pristine and flirty, just gleaming through the dealership window... was this remarkable twin of my 2004 Red S2000 only newer. It did not have a single blemish upon its wonderful body... such a sassy Red 2007 S2000... Ohhh My... it was Love AGAIN at first sight. I only had 35k on the 2004 and no mods, just headrest speakers, 8 CD changer and an 800 watt power invertor hidden under the passenger seat for my power pig 17 laptop, but there was a seductive twinkle in the headlights of this 2007 that would not be ignored and well... one thing led to another and before I knew what had come over me I had badgered the dealer into including the Honda Music link for iPod and I was signing paperwork before I could get my breath back. Sooooo to make this long story short, (too late for that) the S2000 is the most amazing love affair I've ever had and I trust the 2007 model will please just as much, turn just as many heads and will thrill me for years to come just as the 2004 has. Hmmmmm.... I wonder if the ex will be upgrading any time soon? If anyone in NJ wants to get their hands on a Red 2004 S2000 that has been loved, and will love you back, I can point you to the dealer where she will be... for a day or so.

I love my '01 so much that it is getting ready to turn the century mark because I drive it every day!
