Full Circle.......
I guess you can say I've come full circle. Started driving a 1973 Triumph Spitfire>1969 Firebird convertible, got married, Mitsubishi Diamante, Lexus LS400>1974 Datsun 240Z, had babies, GMC Safari (minivan)>GMC Suburban>BMW 328>Lexus GX470, bought oldest son a Toyota Corolla(his first car), no need for 2 four door sedans in the family. Which brings me to today; I will be picking up my 2005 Honda S2000 tomorrow. Silver with black/red interior, so happy to have found this and other S2000 enthusiasts boards to share info.

Welcome to the best S2000 site. We're pretty mellow here and only bust your chops if you really deserve it.

Welcome JWH
I've owned a few of the rides that you have, but no matter how many, I think you will find Stewie unique among them. Enjoy our new wheels. Regards Pablo

"Deserve" can be interpreted in many ways.

1. Not a Ford guy. Not one Ford in the group, was it the 445?
2. Picked her up Friday. 2005, Silverstone w/ red/black interior, like new. It was 55 degrees, drove all the way home with the top down and the heat set on the convertible function. Actually had to turn it down, as my feet were beginning to burn. Nothing drives like this car. I was leary of the low torque in the midrange, but to my surprise the car pulls quite hard up to 6200, then WOW, what a sweet spot. I have not put the top up since Fri. I keep her in my garage with the top down and the boot on. I also own a Triumph Thunderbird (motorcycle), the S2000 is the closest thing to a motorcycle with four wheels. I know it's early in the relationship, but I LOVE THIS CAR!!! John H |

JDubbya, jus' make sure the top gets up once in a while, if for no other reason than to amaze on-lookers with the famed 6 second Stewie-morph.
Be well, Java
