Welcome to the nicest bunch of really weird people you've ever met (present company excluded naturally). You've found a great car.

Haha, wow thanks for the welcome guys, yes it should be against the law, but I haven't put it on yet and just got it from the dealership last night so I don't even know how to put it on!
I got it more for the winters and road trips and ridiculous summer scorchers. I want good ac in 115 F. ahh Java, you and the secret compartment. sry to snoop(sort of) but I've definitely seen a bunch of your posts on that little mystery. I'm still not sure if it is an initiation or if it is behind the seats. havn't had time to run through the car yet. |

(Gil, if you find it or already know about it, DO NOT TELL ANYONE OR POST IT'S LOCATION ON THIS FORUM. It's just for your own good pal. The last person that revealed too much information about it hasn't been heard from since. Nobody knows who the enforcer is, or what he does, but the rumors are ugly.) (sssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh)

Welcome! I'm down in Tempe, but come up to Tuscon every once in a while for drift events at the track up there. The hard top is definitely necessary in these crazy hot summers, and although they give me hell for it on an almost daily basis, I won't ever sell it! Post up pics!!!

Welcome to our little corner of the world. We may not be the biggest but we're the best. Well, we may not be the best either, but we like to think so. Well, some of us at least. Well, at least me. I think...

hehe glad to see some consensus on the weather for the hard top.
I'm not sure if I found the secret compartment. I found the manual in the trunk tho...so I bet that not it. with help from said manual I found the only thing so far that I would call secret. and man is it a tricky placement. thats pretty kool. I just hope it is it hehe. not necessarily doubtin ya Java, just bein cautious. hell I just finished 5 hrs yesterday at the dealership I'm probably still in beware-of-salesman mode. :P I'll side with ya Dr. Jimbo, S's (<--- that looks funny) are shaweet! |

Welcome, gil, and don't mind us... The secret compartment may contain a surprise, in my case it was the key to my wheel locks... You never know...
We got moved to Tucson against our will a few years ago and LOVED it - bet place to live I've ever lived in... then the company moved us back to Vegas, not as pretty a desert. Enjoy! I'd love to drive some of the fun roads down there. |

That Hardtop turned out to be a mugen/mugen style top. I have no way of confirming whether it is a real mugen as I don't know if these hard tops carry a badge like everything else?
