i bought if from insurane auction, so i guess it was totaled. That doe not mean that it cannot be rebuilt. I does have salvage title, but i really don't care

No, I got very lucky, all the damage was on the top, over the frame, although it looks pretty bad on the picture.
So everything above the frame came from another car.
Fender is actually made from 2 damaged fenders cut in half and then welded together.

Looks really good in the pictures. Why would you repair a fender like that when fenders are so cheap and easy to get?

Very nice work. I was expecting a bunch of misaligned pieces under the hood, but without telling us beforehand it was wrecked, I don't think anyone could tell.
