sound

ok so i have never heard a honda s2000 with subs and i wanna know if the trunk rattles

also if they sould good with the top uup
and if they sound good with the top down
plz help me

im looking at getting one l7 10 in a trunk thing made for it and thats it


also how many speakers is in a 2000 s2000

If you have a Ap1 it will be easier because the hole in the doors are bigger, but in an Ap2 it is not impossible. A pair of Focal 165-K2P's or Utopias (only $2400) in the doors will give you full range with all the bass you need. You will also need an amp which 4 channels of 100 watts and some good 18 db/octave or better crossovers. Precision Power or Focal. A good head unit, an Alpine IDA-X305 would complete the package. If you don't need a sub woofer you won't need more amplifier channels and you won't need box which fills up the trunk space.

The sound with setup will be excellent top up or down. And as log as all the screws are tight, there will be no rattles.

sound is good all the way around , with the top up or down, if on the freeway iy does drown out a little

In my car the sound is crystal clear at any speed. The problem with that is I can't hear the GPS or the radar detector.
