The '06 and '07 are the same I believe. Some aspects of the '06 are different fromteh other AP2's. Drive by wire and such make some parts obsolete such as a supercharger.

This thread may help you some:
Forums -> UTH changes on the 06 S2000

I know for a FACT that the last year of production of the S2000 is 2003!!!!!
After that, it will be the S2200 under an assumed name.

The AP1 ('00-03) and AP2's ('04-present) have different engines, tranny's, differential housings, ECU's, front lights and facia, rear lights and facia, and other interior differences. Nothing major, just little things. The '00-01 have a plastic rear window while the rest have glass. The '00-01 have only two speakers, while the rest have added tweeters up on the door.

As for CAI's, I am told the ones that work on the earlier models don't work as easily with the '06. they can be made to work, but I am not sure how much work is involved.

Exhaust- some of the after market exhaust don't work either for various reasons.

As for any other mods, you will have to ask the seller of they will work.

All the typical add-on will work just fine for the s2k, but I haven't seen any that went for the cam, pulley, and ecu, which is typical for a civic (eg,ek,ep) to gain greater respond & HP to the level of a s2k engine. Anyway, the combination of cam, pulley and stuffs will cost you a small fortune, may as well go straight to the supercharger system.

So, do buy the 07 model and get all the plug & play parts and leave the internal & ecu alone until months down the road when you think you really needed them. Good luck

You are not listening. You don't want to do cams and pulleys to a S2000. This isn't a Civic. Honda has gotten just about everything you can get out of the F20/F22 engines. Switching cams is very expensive and I doubt you will get much out of it. Even on the other models an intake/ header/ exhaust swap is only good for about 10 HP.

There isn't a supercharger for the '06 or '07 S2000 yet.

Check out this link before you go else where for upgrade. They should have everything you ever wanted for your s2k out of Japan. And the funny thing is all the go fast & cool parts for this car is out of Japan So, what is the color? Are you going to get the Nav. option? I've heard that it is the best! Just messing with you. There is no such thing for the S2k here in the states.

Good luck with your purchase and do come back
