Doc, the mistake was mine for not havin' corrected it sooner. 'Hadn't figured on it gettin' plastered on the out-house wall for all to see. 'Hadn't paid much attention to that announcement area of the site.
But, I godda tell yas . . . I'm jus' sittin' here feelin' all kind'z'a warm n' fuzzy even though it ain't my birthday 'cause'a everybody's salutations.

I'm kinda embarrassed. A few months ago, I went to your bio to see where you were from (couldn't quite figure out your accent). A-ha! New Joisey, that makes sense. Then I saw your birthday, which is my wife & my 6 1/2 year anniversary (so I wasn't going to forget that date, plus the whole World Trade Center thing). Sorry if I got the date wrong especially that my math was off (1957 to 2007 is 50 years, not 57). Also, some people don't like it advertised when their birthday is, unlike me, who tells everyone when it's my birthday. Just remember, it is your birthday one day this year, so have a Happy Birthday when ever it is and enjoy all the days in between. My birthday is March 9, 1961 (told you I let everyone know).

'Dunno Doc . . like I've said before: I'm a bit of a Neanderthal. This computer stuff (N' anythin' else with more'n 5 movin' parts, usually) confuses the hell oud'a me.
But, with the advent n' growin' popularity of identity-theft n' all, the info about us that's been collected, bent, spindled, mutilated n' posted in more places than we'll ever be aware of . . . well . . . I'm a bit nervous about willin'ly makin' any more'a my info available than is absolutely necessary.
Now, don't get me wrong: my not wantin' to include any unnecessary info probably don't amount to a hill'a beans. There's probably a hundred sites that'll sell any info about us to absolutely anybody with the cash-in-hand, no questions asked.
It's likely wasted effort, but I'll take a false sense'a security if that's all that's available. I jus' try'da do what little I can to play my cards a little closer to my chest than I would'a 20 years ago.
(Alas, once again: Life accordin' to Java.)
