Parker Lights

Hey Guys,

Does anyone know how to change the front head-light parker lights on a 2001 Honda S2000? If so, can you please tell me how and what are the best parker lights to use to give a bright white look?

A link would be nice.
I've replaced the one on the driver side twice and I remember it being a bitch to get my big hand in there to do the swap. I have to do it again now since the bulb blew out again !#@&*##.......
