Hi Joyce and anyone else passin by that may be interested.

This Saturday, 8-2-08, is lookin good so far weatherwise.

The better half and I are thinking about getting down to the Dock & Dine in Old Saybrook at the point. Directions at the link, click it...

Thinking to arrive at the Dock & Dine later in the afternoon, late lunch, early dinner... Somewhere between 1 and 3 depending when we can leave. If the weather holds up and we go we can meet others somewhere and drive as a group or meet there. We can firm up a time if there is interest amongst us...

I know the area well and will lead a drive through the area if anyone is interested in that. Slow drive so no one gets separated or ticketed!

Thanks for the invite Red. Sounds like fun. Unfortunately, we have a family event planned for 8/2, but keep us in mind for future events.

Hi everyone!

I've always said 24 hours in a day just ain't enuf! Have fun everyone. I know we will. I'll think'a y'all whilest I'm munchin' on my nice fresh seafood!

BTW, for others that may be keeping an eye on this, it's still a go. If the weather holds the misses and I will definately be headin there! Keep ya posted...

The weather folks are now forecasting rain for Saturday afternoon and evening so I'd say these plans are all washed up...

Getting really tired of all this rain...
