My S sucks in snow!
Even w/TC and LSD. I'm going to get some winter wheels and tires.

I would think snow tires would be a prerequisite in the snow when it comes to sports cars.

If yuh got winter, season-specific rubber'z'a must.
Stock rims get the winter rubber (I'll swear by Dunlop'z WinterSport3z) 'n yuh kin pick upp'a set'a aftermarket rimz whu'cha like fer summer duty with yer 'Stones. All'a alphabet in'a world ain't gonna compensate fer rubber that'z oud'a it's temp-range'n the wrong tread fer the situation.

Gets some Nokian tires and another set of stock wheels. And don't drive when there is more than one inch of snow. And watch out for salt, it will corrode the body work in a heart beat. Or move to a warmer climate.

You do that and you're going to make her really angry (to say nothing of cold). Did you by any chance mean winch (even though what you wrote is funnier)?

snow tires are good in the snow,.. also like Neighborhood Legends said, extra weight in the rear also helps (hydraulic batteries) lol

Extra weight in'a trunk does nuthin' but accentuate the problem if it ain't fixed so that it ain't movin' around. N' extra weight'z unnecessary. That'z fer pick-upz, not Stewie.

i deal with the snow this way.....Stewie is on jack stands, with the wheels off, and i drive my S-10 blazer until the salt and snow are washed away in the spring time....

They only suck when you still believe in the tooth-fairy'n expect max-performance, warm-weather tirez to be snow tirez.
Stewie'z first winter I fitted'er up with Dunlop WinterSport3z. While Stewie may not be whu'cha wanna take out when itt'z startin'a get serious (more than 3"), I can tell yuh that Stewie, properly shod for winter use, is one sweet-handlin', fun ride in'a winter, with nothin' in'a trunk. If yuh wanna "duzz'itt all" tire, go all-season. But do so knowin' that they're not gonna do max-performance warm-weather, or, max-performance cold-weather 'z'well'z tirez specifically made ta doo jus' that. 'Ain't no tooth-fairy.
