Xeno - place the vent control knob on the top down setting and turn the temp control knob to heat add a little fan an there you have it, heat from the radio vents. When I drive I tend to keep my left hand on the wheel and my right hand/wrist resting on the gear shift knob. I discovered on a cold morning that this would keep my fingers warm while driving.
