Debate 2006 s2k or Si 2006

Hey whats up guys. I just stopping by. I'm getting my s2k some where around a month or a month and a half. But I'm still debating on between Si and s2k. Currently I have 2000 Prelude which I'm really happy about but after I drove my buddies s2k I fell in love with it.. its fun on parking lot. All so... I'm 18 and how much of a difference it would make on insurance... right now for my prelude I pay 245 a month... and I think its a rip off so I have to ditch this car pretty quick. Thanks guys.

P.S. Sorry for a grammar mistakes. I'm foreign

Your ins isnt going to improve with the S2k. I am 35 with no points on my record. Mine is 1700.00 a year.

The Si and the S2k are night and day. It all depends on what your after in a car. If you need a back seat then the Si is the way to go. If not I think you'll have more fun in the S though....

Good luck with your car hunt!!!

Thats the way to go! Dont let ins stop you from enjoying every moment of getting from point A to point B!

You'll love it!

And your right...RWD is the only way to go.

I know for a FACT that the last year of production of the S2000 is 2003!!!!!
After that, it will be the S2200 under an assumed name.

I have to agree the S2k is the way to go but I my insurance went down going from an Acura Integra GSR to an S2K. How much the car gets stolen really effects ins.

Over years I've found myself gettin' all interested in a few quick rides n' the interest usually builds until the point where I trip over a major point that I missed: it's not rear-wheel drive. (How that doesn't figure into the equation until that time I have no idea)
If it's gonna be jus' a beater that's used to get from point A to point B, it don't much matter. It's necessary transportation n' most anything (within reason) will do.
But, if it's gonna be a ride that's gonna keep my interest, require my concentration, allow me to bring it to an iffy edge that might r' might not bite me in the ass, n' top it all off by puttin' a smile on my face durin' the proceedin's . . it's godda be a stick with rear-wheel drive.
Be well.

Maybe I'm missin' somethin' . . . but we're on a site for the S2000. I'd think that the votes were already cast when we signed on. Wouldn'tcha say?

Java Junky is correct. The S is a special ride that is like no other for the $$. My vote is for the S2000.
