My first car was this...

Took me awhile to get it like it is in the picture. But it was a good starter. Not many people go this far with the MX-6, so I learned a lot on my own through research, and finding parts used to be impossible, this was 5 years ago.

my first car was an 86 Accord
my second car was a 96 eclipse GST, I had done everything to it, from exterior to engine mods so I got tired and decided to get something else fun to drive.
Then I ended up with the S2000...

My first car was a 1991 Ford Mustang LX. Since then, I've gone through nearly 10 cars, and am happy to only own one right now. And what a "one" it is!

My first vehicle was a 1975 Ford Courier pickup. In 1980 I dropped a Ford 351ci Windsor under the hood. I had to move the firewall back and the radiator forward and cut the fender wells out all together. Cost me almost 5k but it fit and it worked. MAN, I miss that truck. I had a special cut down drive shaft and a rear end from a mustang too. It was baby blue with white stripes on the sides. Ugliest thing you ever seen but wow was it fast.

A 1962 Austin-Healey 3000 with a 4 bolt-main, slant-plug head, balanced n' blueprinted 350 Chevy under it's bonnet. 'Looked stock li'l furrin car; sounded like Rock n' Roll.
'Had that car for 39 (as in one more than 38 n' one less than 40) years n' jus' this past summer watched as it was rolled onto a car transporter headin' out to sunny California n' a new life as a fully restored to stock spec Austin-Healey.
I ain't ashamed to tell ya that I got a little weak in the knees as I watched it head off into the sunset without me.
So, you guys'll forgive me when I don't get all misty eyed when you've hadda ride for 2 r' 3 years.
Stewie was the reason that I was finally able to part with the "Sleeper" as, even if I'd'a brought the 'Healey back to top form I'd never be able to throw it aroun' like I can Stewie.
Oh, yeah . . the 'Healey started with a button. So Stewie seemed a natural wayda go, don'cha think?
Nice topic chem. Thanks.
Be well.
