Can i fit
Well im really interested in buy a 03' s2000. Only thing holding me back is my size. Alot of ppl tell me im to big and i would look funny in the car. Well im 6'3 210" hopefully adding a lil' bit more weight since im into fitness. My buddy has a s2000. I rode in the passenger seat once, i started to get pains in my back. I guess i can take that as a no fit. Any input? Any here my size or biggie.

You'll fit like a glove rick, check out past threads on "Will I be comfortable" 'r some such. The cockpit is, without a doubt, one'a the shinin' accomplishments of Mother Honda. It may not be tailored to one specific body type, but it fits most all'a us extemely well n' comfortably.
At 6'3", 210 you sure'z hell ain't the biggest pilot we got. Check the old posts (N' don't let folks talk you oud'a it if it's somethin' that you really want.) An extended test drive with a competent sales person whut's been advised of your concerns is the only way'da fly rick. Be well. Java

You're plannin' alterations that probably won't even be necessary.
Go get fitted for one.

My suggestion would be to go sit in one and drive it. See how it feels and then make a decision.

I'm not a big guy.......about as wide as I am tall, and the more I drive this little buggy, the more comfortable it gets.
You should go try it out Pretty Ricky, chances are you'll find a sweet spot behind the wheel. jagg |

OK just sat in my friends 01' s2000. Man it feels good but the only problem is when i shut the door, my knees were touching the steering wheel and the door handle (part that you put ur hand in to push the door)
O ya this guy wants to sell his car but it has damage, said he hit something on the road, has a crack bumper rad. support bent back, needs rad. and fan. This is his second s2000. I heard he sucks at driving. |

Me - 6'1', 220lbs (tanks to Beck's), I fit fine. Mine is an '01. I tried an '07 and I noticed my rigt leg rubs te center were it comes down to meet te console. My '01 seems to ave a little more room (I could be allucinating).
Java, can I borrow some more "I-I's", I'm on my ome computer again. |

Whud'jadoo wit' da las' batch Doc?
HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHHHHH hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhhhhhhhhhh Think I could trade 'em for an adjustment? Outside'a little bits'a shine ta make it look different, I never noticed any real difference between the AP1 n' AP2 interiors space-wize, but I've noted with Stewie, that all my interest lies in jus' jumpin' in, firin' 'er up n' gettin' to some twisties. I might could'a missed interior differences . . but I don' think so. Be well. Java

6'2", 205. My buddy is 6'4" ~ 275. He has trouble getting in and out, but is comfortable once he settles in. I would say an AP2 loses a bit of pasenger leg room because of the "cubby holes" under the dash. It doesn't bother me that much, but my buddy whines a little. He also doesn't like the stereo flap cover to be in the down position (whether he drives or is a passenger).

Yep, I can't drive with the stereo open 'cause it digs into my knee, which I habitually lean right with...

That hurts when you have a baseball cap on and that little button on top splits your skull open.
