D'j'ever wonder? . . . .
Fightin' my way home through traffic this mornin' n' I pass a yeller Stewie headin' east. Park at the deli fer a minute n' turn aroun' n' there'z a red one pulled in n' parked next ta me. Granted, neither'uv'em wuz dumb enough to have izz top down, well, 'ceptin' fer me a'course.
But, it's either I see no Stewiez (95%'a the time) 'r I godd'em comin' oud'a my ears. I'm sure this ain't somethin' that'z shared by all'a us . . . 'r am I? Anybody else ever run inta this phenomenon? Thanks. Java

Right wichya, Hoss. I'll drive to Los Angeles and back (4+ hours round trip) and I won't see a one. I go home at lunch and see 3 stewies in less than 10 minutes (and they always have their tops up and usually don't acknowledge the peace sign, wave or gang sign (j/k) I throw at them). But like you say, 95% of the time, my S is the only one around. Saw one earlier today, 75 out, sun shining...top up
. I guess he didn't want to mess up his "comb-over".

I keep a baseball cap under the passenger seat in case it gets too windy in the cabin. Nothin with furry ears tho for the current winter temperatures.

That's how it happens, Java. Seeing two or three in a day's time is a pretty rare event. You just don't see that many of em in Dallas at all. I'm guessing it's even more rare in the less hospitable climes.

The S2000 might as well be named The Honda Hoffa 'round these parts.........I do live smack dab in the middle of FORD country. Really DJJSR, I've got a fenced in yard and I've taken to callin' it Ford Country. I've got a little flag and everything.

Lots o' Fords here too, and Chevys and Dodges, it's truck country. People will look at the 'S' and wonder what it is. Only one around for many many acres. One guy climbed out of his truck, gave a tug on the old John Deere cap, spit once, took a look at my car and said, "That's a Ferrari isn't it?".

Well, the ignorance'a whut it is isn't somethin' only goin' on out away from the coast (east). Like I said, sometimez I'm knee-deep in'em n' while the owners've godda pretty good idea'a what they are, not many other folks do.
Ta tell'ya the truth, I rather prefer it like that. Exclusivity don' mean they actually godda know whuddiddizz, y'know? Java
