Need help deciding....
Ok so I got my tax return.... not as much as I would have hoped for (sorry cant get the carbon fiber doors....) but I can either get a sound system for the S or a Play Station 3 which I would mainly get for Blu Ray simply because they won the format war.
If you get a different deck in the car can you still control the volume by the control to the left of the steering wheel?

Some advice for your tv shopping. Don't go with a 720p. Get a 1080p. Reason being, in 2009 when all the tv stuff has to be digital the signal that is goinig to be broadcast is going to be 1080p.

Get the PS3, I've had mine since launch and turn it on pretty much every day. Not only do you get an awesome gaming system and the Blu Ray, but you also get a media center so you can stream all of your mp3 and video files from your PC through your tv and stereo.

Java as far as the sugestion goes for the track days and driving school. When the weather warms up and constantly stays that way I will go to driving school. But with it being cold and working on getting a gf theres nothing better than watching a good movie in a warm home than frozen outside. P.S. I love Oklahoma weather its the middle of Jan. and its 70 degrees outside and we have a chance of freezing rain and snow tonight. With a high of 41 tomorrow. =] Top down

My refund gave me a Performance Box timer and a track day at Laguna Seca in March plus 3 additional nights in Monterey for my anniversary. And I still had plenty to spare to make a nice big credit card payment

dig...but it is your money in the first place. if you had it making 3% you would have $618 instead of $600. no biggie you say...but it is $18 more than you're getting now. 6 gallons of gas. course you would have to pay taxes on the $18. can't get rich giving money away. especially to the bloodsuckers.

Ahh-h-h-h-h SoundMan . . thou art smitten.
Now I'd heard that BlueRay, as good'z'itt'izz is kind'a in the same situation that the ol' Beta tapes were when they were better than the VHS. As I hear it the HD . . well HD somethin' HDTV? HDMP? HD-M-O-U-S-E. Anyway, investin' heavily in BlueRay may be somethin' ya wanna hold back on until you see which way this playz out. But from the get-go SM, I know diddly about this new technology. That little bit'a info above was only shared with me by some friends who do this for a livin'. 'Kind'a like me repeatin' somethin' that I'd memorized in French. I can say it, but I don't really know whut it means, y'know? Java
