Going to iraq!!!

Well got word from the "higher ups" that im leaving for Iraq Camp Bucca for Detainee Ops and convoy missions. I leave the end of march to washington to train with the army for 6 weeks then may15 im heading str8t to iraq for about 6 to 8 months if im lucky. All i gotta say is thanx for the people that were very helpfull with their inputs and info when i was curious about my s2dizzle! Ill miss her but i know she wont be going anywhere for awhile but storage lol. So for all the honda supporters keep doing whatcha do.
P.S Im in the USAF so for all those idiots out there that say all we do is push buttons your wrong! Dont hate just because i gotta higher score on my ASVAB test. I wanted to be put in a position to help others especially in the front line making sure all of us including other men and woman in other branches of the military come home with a mission success so we all feel that at the end of the day when we turn in our weapons...we feel that we have a purpose in life and accomplished things only most people can dream about what that can ever feel like. So keep those hondas running cuz ill be keepin those haji's running!

Be careful over there and stay in touch. I'm sure you'll find internet access somewhere. No need to put your car in storage, just leave us the keys and we'll take care of her for you!

I know for a FACT that the last year of production of the S2000 is 2003!!!!!
After that, it will be the S2200 under an assumed name.

What exactly do you do in USAF? I have couple buddies who went to Iraq and all they were doing is unloading boxes in us airforce base.

Your buddies are prolly just load masters they make sure that the airplane is evenly loaded so the airplane doesnt fly funny... im a TACP "Tactical Air Command Party" in a nutt shell, Pretty much attached to army units to call in Close Air Support when shit hits the fan and to make sure that our planes dont blow us up at the sametime. Although Air Force does beat all the branches in quality of life, Im stuck with the army but its all good tho i trust them to watch my six...they need me..." I make it rain!"

Best of luck over there, Cherry... I have a lot of buddies who've served in Iraq, and although a few of them were in some scary situations, all of them made it back in one piece, and I'm sure you'll do the same.

Once again, thanks for serving, and take care over there!
