Hey Dudes I have a good story to tell you all. A week ago I ran into a fellow S owner and he told me of a tuner meet at a local Wal Mart parking lot in So Cal, every Thrusday night at 9:00. So I went to check out the scene there was alot of cars Honda's,Nissan's,Subaru's and don't forget the LowRider's. Anyway I met some cool people until this kid(young gentleman) rolled in with a new CR. Nice car dude! I said to him, hey replied with,Yea man this S2000 will blow any of yours away modified or not! So I asked him what he was running and he said, Mugen air box, WOW! you are FAST. He proceeded to tell me that the stock suspension and tires are better than anything that is available today and he took it to Willow Springs and BLEW everyone away even the sorry regular S2000's. Now I'm getting P!$$eD so seeing how some of us were at Willow not to long ago I asked him what was his best lap time was, he replied 1.30, Hmmmm what track was that on? The Streets of Willow NOT the big track that explains some things. So we moved on to the subject of what RPM he was running at most of the time and he said 10k, I was about to faint I wasn't aware the CR could handle that stress seeing how AP2 redline @ 8500, but he assured me that the CR was well capable of running at that for some time on the track. So I asked him if he was doing drugs, and he said NO! So I said you better START doing drugs cause you need them.LOL The best part of the conversation was when I asked him who designed the CR and he told me Bob Spoon from Spoon racing, the hell with Mr. Uyshura. By this time I had to walk away, but the sad part is ALL these kids were believing him and his crap. I did tell him to check US out maybe you will learn something here if you can keep your mouth shut for a minute. So Dude if you are reading I'm SORRY but you have ALOT to learn!
