Patina? Ain't that the same as faded and rusty? Like when your steering and suspension need grease but there ain't no fittings? You lose your low end torque and far exceed emissions standards? Your headlights ain't quite as bright and the ragtop ain't raggy anymore?

On the bright side, "patina'd" probably also means you are "vintage", "classic", well respected and knowledgeable.

But I could be wrong.
