Most people here work all day, so they probably haven't even seen your thread in the half an hour it's been up...

And most likely none of them have and 'rally' experience either

Jesus! I'd say you need a drink, but you can't have one because you are a kid... So, maybe go outside and take a bike ride or something?

Yep jagg they only made 800 I owned 2 up until sat when I scrapped the one.

They are 1.6 dohc turbo. I built one up to make alot of power but had alot of issues with it. That is the motor that made all the power but it now has a little tiny crap smoking turbo on it.

R32 The only experience I have at rallies is just watching them. In Wales the Lombard RAC U.K. rally travels through, doing a stage usually at night. Its quite a spectacle, a lot of RS2000, Audi Quatro's etc...( 80's ) Loaded up with Cibies they sure light up the forrest.

I did a road rally one time about 10 years ago. It went from Philadelphia to Clearwater Beach, FL and back to Philly in a weekend. I drove my '95 Z28 and did the drive in a little over 29 hours. I had the best return time though. It was 1078 miles, officially door-to-door in 13 hours 59 minutes an average of 77 miles per hour.

Unfortunately, I came in 2nd place to a Ford F150 of all vehicles. I lost by 47 minutes because he mounted a 50 gallon tank into the bed of the truck and tapped it into the fuel line. He stopped once going down and once returning. I stopped 6 times for fuel plus made a 1.5 hour pit stop at a Chevy dealership for what I thought was a blown radiator hose leaking antifreeze. It turned out to be just an over-fill of anti-freeze which expanded from the long trip. The car's aftermarket thermostat was constantly running the fans to keep the car at 180 degrees the entire day and blew it out the over-flow when I shut the car off to re-fuel. Just taking away the pit stop would have had me in the lead by 45 minutes and I would have won $1,600. What a great time with great stories by all involved.
