Typical loser in school with no power now hes a cop so he can get his revenge. There were only 50000 ways that cop could have handled it that didnt require that.

Total Stalinist BS. Didn't sign his ticket? Why not just hang him with piano wire?

Thanks Dez, it's been a while since I've experienced a good blood-boilin'.

that is true. I have to say in Tulsa,Ok the cops are usually nice. But I have had a couple of down right pricks but the pricks pulled me over for stupid stuff and wrote me a ticket like one was where I was driving 5 under the speed limit enjoying just a nice drive. He gave me a ticket for no signal for $120. Nicest cop I ever had wrote me up for drag racing.

Its almost the guys fault for not complying to the guys instructions. But what really pisses me of is that the cop tasered him on the side of the road, and it really put the guys life on the line. If that guy would have stepded into trafic by mistake that cop would be responsably for destroying that family.

It really pisses me of when cops do irresponsable thing too. I've seen many cases where cops have been driving completly bejond what would be considered safe(even when chasing), cutting people off squeezing between lanes.

I hate to rant, but cops should realize that they have the power to really screw people over by letting their egos get to them.

Quite true but then again you have to admit the average I.Q. level here in the states aint to high. I wonder about this figure though.....what is the average use of said I.Q. level?

I think Men In Black one said it best. The person is smart. People and dumb and panicy or something along those lines.

Looked at some of the other taser incidents on Utube. I'm a little sick to my stomach. Some cops think that having a badge makes them a small time god. One woman, who happened to be black, was tased for taking too long to produce her license and registration.

Having said that, signing a ticket is not an admission of guilt. It is a promise to appear or post bail. You don't play around with an angry snake. He should have signed.

Does anyone know how these videos make it to youtube? Are they covered under the freedom of information act? Or do they just "slip out" and are posted? Seems to me this could be incriminating for either side depending on the circumstances.

Dear Santa:
Please refrain from giving my friend Java a taser like he asked for. Really, trust me, it's for his own good...

Don't hate us all!!! Every job has its bad people or people that make poor choices. It sucks for cops becuase our choices have to be made in a split second and can affect our own lives or others. Granted I agree this is a poor choice of a use of force, but by know means should this video make one hate cops. Many people hate cops until they need a cop. There are way more good cops out there then bad cops so don't let the crappy few get to your head.

There's good and evil everywhere. Just look at some of our so-called leaders. As was mentioned, cops are good guys when you need them. Without them there would be anarchy.

However, there are a lot of blue meanies that need to culled. Those gestapo types have a toy to torture, people who don't bow down to the master, under color of authority. And that needs to be addressed. There is no place for them in a free society, just as there is no place for govt. individuals flaunting the constitution of the United States and claiming immunity. That filters down to law enforcement.

you know..i know cops just do their job and hey, they should..i dont hate em, but that was completely too much.. i coulda understood if the guy was intimidating the officer..but this guy was just looking for some reasoning...when it comes down to it..if you are getting out of the car when pulled over, there probably won't be a good outcome, but that was just messed up. watch it again and the cop doesn't say he is placing him under arrest until after he tases him...he actually invites the guy to come out. the dude had his hands in his pockets for crying out loud.

Go back to that place on U tube and look at some of the other taser incidents. There are some real dregs out there that call themselves police officers. What frosts my buns, is that even with in car cameras they get off with it. What would they do outside camera range?

You can not argue with cops. Argue in court. That guy was an idiot.
I don't lke cops at all. They can do whatever they want and most likely get away with it. But we have to have them no doubt.
NEVER argue with cops and keep your hands on the wheel untill instructed otherwise.
