D'j'ever notice the intense look of all the hardtop folk aroun' you while you sit at a light with your top down on a cloudy, on n' off rainy day? They're all wishin' downpour upon our top-down heads, as hard as they possibly can. Jealousy's an ugly thing, ain't it?
N' have you had the opportunity (as I've had) to put the top up before they realize what's happenin' when it does actually start to rain? I don't doubt that it goes back to somethin' that was lackin' in my childhood, but watchin' their smug, expectant smiles turn into so much disappointment is right up there with a really good pepperoni pizza.
