Hussam, yoiur idle oil pressure is fine. That converts to about 22psi. Most rebuilds will run lower idle pressure than what factory recommends. Mine runs 12-20psi.
What matter far more is if you oil pressure is running low while on track. That's what will kill your engine again. Unfortunately, there are no real good baffled pans on the market for our engine. Although Canton Racing will soon come out with one. You could look into the Accusump. That's what I ended up getting.
What's also important is using the proper weight oil. And you are definitely not doing that. The proper weight oil depends on your rod and main bearing clearances after a rebuild. Did you engine builder give you those values?
In the meantime, go back to the OEM recommendations. 50w is far, far too thick. You can damage things at the track with oil that is too thick also.
