FS: PAC SWI-PS dash interface + other stereo installation components (SoCal)

I removed my aftermarket audio system and went back to stock in my 03 S2K. I have the related installation components for sale. Everything is about two months old and completely functional.

Lucid door speaker adapter + extra depth kit + cut foam baffle (pair)
PAC SWI-PS* (interface Pioneer / Sony head unit with dash controls)
Head unit interface harness
Door speaker wire harness (pair)
Mute relay with harness
-red = connect to dash control mute (purple wire from head unit harness)
-white = connect to stereo mute input (light blue wire on Sony head units)
-black = connect to ground

*The unused wires (for S2K application) were extracted from the SWI-PS harness for a cleaner install. They were extracted from the connector rather than being cut and will be included in case you want to re-insert them for install in another application (However, the catch is that I don't have the pin outs for those so you would have to get that from PAC or someone else with one of these).

I am interested on these parts but I have a few questions.

1) Does the adapter works ok with the OEM dash controls?!

2) Sony and Pioneer only or JVC or other brands included as well?!

3) The adapter for the door panels is for putting bigger speakers (in depth) right?!

4) I am situated in Greece, what is the cost of shipping them to Greece? (Europe)

1) Yes, it worked great for me. Here is a link to the product description on Lucid's website, where I bought it:

2) This particular unit only controls Sony and Pioneer supporting hard-wired remote control interfaces. Other makes and models are available which can control other head units (hard-wired and IR variations exist).

4) I did respond to your previous PM with this information, but here is that info again in case you didn't get the information:

I received the following shipping quotes from the USPS website:

To send via USPS Global EMS is $40.25 (3-5 days).
To send via USPS Airmail is $28.70 (4-10 days).
To send via USPS Economy is $19.25 (4-6 *weeks*).

If you were to buy these parts and pay via PayPal, I would refund any difference between the above and the actual shipping costs via Paypal.
