I have waited almost 2 months and I still haven't received a full refund from this guy. He didn't even send out the refund, paypal had to forcefully take out the funds and send the partial refund to me. This guys won't answer my pms or send me my money back.

Theres so many that I can't even post them all. If you search his name on s2ki, all he does is sell stuff. I think he joined s2000.com around when I did and he actually did contribute a little, but haven't seen anything, but sales from him for the past 6 months.

Firstly there were two sales that went bad. THEY ARENT SOOO MANY.. go find soo many please.. you will only find two.. thank you very much. And I sell a lot of parts because I HAVE 2 project s2000 cars.. and my daily driver.. thanks

A. the carbon fiber hood, where the guy ended up living in canada and shipping was costing me $280. I had it sent out to ship and they charged me $280 so i went back and had it come back then they took a while to refund my bank card.

B. the transmission. I refunded the guy his money cause I sent it and it came back to my house saying that the packing was bad. this took about a whole week coming back and then I refunded him once I had the transmission back..

You knew I was in Canada before I bid on the hood. You already added extra money on top for the additional shipping charges so you can stop using this excuse. You never shipped it out so why would you be charged $280? You would know how much shipping costs before you pay for it.

It's been 7 weeks that you've had my money so that is MORE then enough time for you to send me a refund. Paypal shouldn't have to take the money out of your account for me, and this was only done after your initial refund failed due to insufficient funds.

It doesn't matter whether you have to wait for a refund or anything else, my money should have been refunded to me the moment you decided not to ship it to me. I've done nothing wrong in this transaction, other then actually buying from you, so there is no reason why my money should still be in your possession.

There may only be a few bad transactions that we know of, but sometimes all it takes is one. I've never had a worse buying experience.

Out of all the threads where there have been complaints and bad buying experiences made about you, I have not seen one person come to your defense. And it wouldn't even make a difference anymore because there are no reasons or explanations that can change what has happened to me in this deal.

So if you would like to clean up your name a bit, post a specific time when I will get my money back and back it up with proof, not all this bs.

And I certainly hope that you're not calling me a dumb***. That would certainly look great on you.

I autorized paypal to issue you a full refund and they did.. Before when paypal Said i owe you a refund I couldnt even use my account now I can use it fully. No where in my account does it say I owe you a refund... I need proof because As far as I know you got your refund... I can use my account fully... there are no restrictions and I have no notices.. I dont want ot refund you another $300 or so AGAIn.

firstly, I sent you $450, not 300 or so.

The refund you initiated failed and paypal had to take whatever was available. They were only able to retrieve $353.51 as that was all they could get due to insufficient funds.
