i called you typerman about a hood latch and i asked why the latch was being sold and you told me youve been parting out crashed cars "for years." that means the latch is from a crashed (aka junked) car, so i asked what kind of collision it was in since if it was in a front end collision (most likely for a junked car), i would not want the hood latch since it would be damaged. damaged hood=damaged hood latch. after a long pause you replied "it was hit from the back" So, according to you, an s2k with 50k was rear ended and was totaled....hmmmm...no dude....why dont you be honest and just say the parts are from a junked car (front end damage, if not, provide pics of the car and prove me wrong). there are still plenty of good parts to sell from a junked car but not a hood latch (which btw was not listed on your original list of parts for sale). when i asked how the hood was left completely intact, you hung up. just be honest man. sell the parts that are in good condition and leave the damaged parts alone. why would you try to mislead me like that. and if youre selling parts from a junked car, most sellers provide pics of the whole car to show the damage, because theyre honest and they know there are still plenty of good parts to sell. and buyers also know this. and look, because of what you did regarding the hood latch ($20), i am posting this negative comment about you. be smart. be honest.


note to potential buyers: ask for a pic of the whole car to see the shape the car is in, it will give you a much better idea of what parts should be good and what parts may be damaged (such as the hood latch). and obviously, ask for a pic of the part youre interested in, since he did not provide any with his posting. Reputable, honest sellers usually do. also, preferably you want parts from a car that was modded, or was in a minor/"medium" collision. NOT junked cars. i remind you he said "ive been selling parts from junked cars for years man, i would not sell you a bad part." Be careful with this seller. 48 posts, all for selling items.....be smart.

once again you are flat out lying. our conversation was brief. you told me the car was hit in the back once. you told me youve been selling parts from totaled cars for years. i questioned how a totaled car could have no damage to the hood and be totaled. after a long pause you insisted that the hood latch was fine and then YOU hung up. that was it, a 2 min "conversation", so dont try to save yourself now by ridiculing me. if you really are telling the truth, all you have to do is provide a picture of this s2k with only rear end damage. providing pics is what most honest sellers do since they have nothing to hide.

i know.....im just unhappy off about the way he handled the phone conversation which led me to suspect his honesty....and i should inform other potential buyers. if they take the necessary precautions, im sure the other parts will have no problems but MY part did. thats all im saying. im sure hes sold good parts in the past (1200 times huh?...parts from totaled cars...mention that in your post, better yet a pic) and will continue to do so....but MY correspondence with him was not good so i didnt buy the part....but who lies (albeit an assumption) and then hangs up on a potential buyer (maybe cause i called him out)? all you need is a pic to shut me up forever and i will apologize.
