I know enough that I wouldnt race in a straight line. wiki it if you want more info. I pick on regular 4.6s just for fun. But when it comes to that Ford acually started workin on that car.

It depends on what you will run in the quarter with the sc. I've seen 1 from someone who just put their sc on and their best of 3 runs was a 13.00 quarter mile.
Heres some quarter mile times for I believe the sc cobra. " 2003 Ford Mustang Cobra SVT 4.5 12.9 2004 Ford Mustang Cobra SVT 4.5 12.9 " source:http://www.albeedigital.com/supercou...0-60times.html

I have to guess that those times are by a proffessional driver though, so results may vary with joe blow drivers.

it all comes down to the driver. My car will pull mid 12's with nice tires and a descent launch. Im sure a cobra will do the same.

know whats funny is lil kids that think 500 hp in a mustang is fast... what most people forget to rmr is that honda's best asset is power to weight ratio, let alone there very short gearing. put 300 whp in a crx, drag radials and a good driver and ur 500 hp slowbra is car lengths behind.

I concur. My brother used to have a 91 si crx. For being 108 crank hp, that thing moved very well. I'd buy one today too if I could find one that didn't have the shit beat out of it and if it was stock.

Dunno skate, 'seen carz whut should'a been nano-second fast turn out sluggz n' seen stockerz whut should'a been ho-hum transportation have somethin' goin' on inside the wrapper whut made 'em weird-quick.
In'att competition you're talkin' of, I'd still rather be punchin' the 'Stang. But bench-racin'z jus' that: bench-racin'. 'Think ol' kg'z tag-line sayz'itt all: The B.S. stops when the checkered flag drops. Jaw-jackin' 'boudd'itt fun though. 'Cheaper n' easier on'a partz too. Java

Ah-h-h-h . . but that'z your proof n' your puddin' skate.
'Ain't doubtin' ya mind'ja, bu'cher talkin' to an ol' tire-kicker. If ah cain't touch it, kick it, bite it 'r poke-it-in'ee-eye . . Power-da-weight'z the true deal though, no arguin'att. Budd'I'd still rather be pilotin' the Mustang. Ol' habits die hard, y'know? 'Least it'z rear-wheel which I always feel more comfortable with. (That last ain't a "nyah-nyah") Be well, Java
