octane boost

Has anyone used this in their S, would anyone dare to use it? Is it made for forced induction cars? Dont know much about it, but Edmunds stated they use it when road testing new cars. Obviously dont expect much increase if I use it, just wondering if its worth it.

Its mostly a waste of money. Our cars are tuned for 91 octane. Anything higher is just a waste except for the added knock protection. If you're tuned though, thats a different story.

I know for a FACT that the last year of production of the S2000 is 2003!!!!!
After that, it will be the S2200 under an assumed name.

If you read the fine print on the can, the math works out to be something like 1/10th of 1% boost in octane. In other words, a waste of money. If you live on the east coast, just go find 93 octane Amoco (BP). That was always the best gas when I lived there. If you are on the west coast, then you have to deal with only 91 unless you have a place close like I do that sells 100 octane race fuel, but that's over $7.00/gallon. Use Shell, Chevron, or Union 76.
