I love the new GT-R, but it doesn't come in standard shift. What a shame! I would definately get one if it came in manual.

I guess their reason for doing that is that it shifts in .3 seconds with the paddle shifters. I'd personally rather have the stick shift as well as you. It'd be way more fun than just hitting a button to shift.

Also if anyone has bought Gran Turismo 5: Prologue, they have more GT-R videos about the making of it. The makers of the GT-R teamed with the Gran Turismo team and they helped tune the GT-R and basically made the center computer screen for Nissan. Pretty cool stuff.

Ah come on. It's faster than any Porsche (including the Carrera GT and 911 997 GT2) and not even have as much to buy. OK Nissan call it the Infiniti GTR to keep 'em happy in the US.

the GT-R is my dream...nothing stands up to that for me. Ferrari's...gorgeous, perfection in an exotic. but damn man. those nissans kick some ass worth every cent IMHO
