Well, we probably have one last shot before snow covers Palomar. We can try for Saturday, December 8, next Saturday. Any other suggestions?

Forget it....I just checked the Palomar Mtn weekend forecast...rain, rain/snow, & rain, temps 28 - 47. Drive cancelled.

How about this weekend say Saturday the 15th? It is supposed to be cold but beautiful! I don't know about you guys but I am going through "drive withdrawals" have not been in either of the
S2ks in almost a month!

I'm supposed to have lunch with a buddy of mine on Saturday. I'm also getting my clutch done on Wednesday. If lunch falls through and replacing the clutch eliminates the knotchy shifting, I'll go. If the clutch doesn't solve the problem, I'll have to be a passenger until the tranny is fixed.

Good news...my clutch is done and there is no problems with the tranny. I am SO ready for a drive now. I can feel a difference with the lightweight flywheel, but I won't know for sure until I do some aggressive driving

Bad news...my parents are coming to town this week, so a drive this weekend is no good for me.

How's everyone feel about Sat Dec 29?

I really regret not driving back with you guys. the 78-67 sucked. there wasn't that much traffic, but their were cops like every 2 miles it seemed, and lots of stop lights. I don't think it was worth the saved time. Hey Vinny, I was going to drop off your radio, but forgot how to get to your house. Happy New Years SD Chapter!
