do you guys know if you swap the OEM stereo for an aftermarket one...if the panel on the left side of the stering wheel which controls the volume and stuff will still work??

i asked the same question when i was looking at new decks..there are available wiring kits that can keep the controls working, but it requires a tad bit more $$ and the usual best buy/circuit city/audio express may not offer the install.. It can be done with an audio shop that works on more higher end vehicles...vettes and so forth... i've seen many corvettes and bmw's that have aftermarket stereo systems and the factory controls on the steering wheel still operate fine... i ended up keeping the stock deck anyway.

Welcome to the site. Congrats on the car.

If you want 300+ HP, you need boost. There is NO other way to do it, sorry. Try all the I/H/E's you want and buy the most expensive ones= you still won't make 300HP.

I know for a FACT that the last year of production of the S2000 is 2003!!!!!
After that, it will be the S2200 under an assumed name.
