The First - Third Annual Monticello Mtn Romp and Barbecue
It's time again to mark your calendar for the First - Third Annual Monticello Mountain Romp and Barbecue to be held in beautiful Charlottesville, VA held this year from November 21 through the 23rd. This meet is for anyone who likes great drives, great pizza, and meeting great old (and new) friends.

The tentative schedule is:

Friday - Arrival at the meet hotel, a casual get-together in the hotel bar and pizza at Anna's.

Saturday - Morning: THE drive: 2.5 (or more) hours of mountains, valleys, twisties, beautiful countryside, cows and gorgeous roads.
Saturday Afternoon: A trip to a local winery (and there are a lot of them in the area)
Satruday Afternoon later: Visit to Monticello, home of Thomas Jefferson, a bit of a tour of UVa, and general sightseeing.
Saturday evening: Dinner

Sunday: A late sleep-in and back home.

Now the only thing you need to do is sign up. If you're in the VA, WVa, NC, SC, PA area, come on out. More information is on the way.

Sounds like fun! With me being in Richmond I would just like to meet up on Saturday morning, if that's possible.

Not a problem. Desmo4 (Jonathan) is also in Richmond but it's going to be a while before he gets his car back.
