2000 Honda s2000 convertible top retrofit

Hi,
I am interested in doing my own convertible top retrofit for my 2000 Honda s2000. How difficult is this procedure or is it relatively simple? I would be changing it from a soft top with plastic to canvas top with glass.

Additonally, does anyone know anyone who does this for a discount? I live in Northern Virginia, DC metro area.
