Is there any group meetings close to Asheville Nc or anyone that is close to Asheville that would be interested in starting a group?

You might check with the Central Carolina group on S2kca.com. They might be able to point you to some people out that way. That area is one of my favorites. The drive up Rt 47 from Asheville to Cashiers and Highlands will make a believer out of you.

yeah 74 to chimmney rock, and 221 to linville are also two of my favorites. Thanks for the info, I know about the central clubs, was just hoping to find one closer to home.
