honda cbr1000rr MANY UPGRADES! Will trade for dj equipment

I'm selling a 2006 Honda cbr1000rr In mint condition with 4,000 miles on it.NEVER BEEN DOWN! NEVER BEEN TO THE TRACK! This bike has been babied. I bought it brand new from coyote honda in avondale last year and from day one I've spent a little over $3,000 in aftermarket parts on this bike, I have all the recipts. You would pay around $16,000 for this bike with these parts at a dealership. I use top of the line fluids in this bike, and change the oil every 2,000 miles.Heres a list of some of the parts:
2006 cbr1000rr (blue and yellow)
Akrapovic slip on exhaust(c/f tip)
k&n intake, or the stock intake modafied both come with the bike
Vortex rearsets (black)with hydro brake swith
galfer steel braded front brake lines and clutch line. motul 5.1 brake fluid
kevlar blue rear brake line with motul 5.1 brake fluid
galfer front and rear brake pads
Vortex front and rear sprockets (black) and rk gold chain
fender eliminater
(no cut)frame sliders, and swing arm sliders
flush mount turn signals
Clear Alternatvies intergrated tail light
pig spotter mirriors with led turn signals build in (I also have the stock signals in mint condition)
Puig DB clear blue windscreen
piaa hyper white headlight bulbs, l.e.d. hyper white 3rd light
Pilot Power 2ct rear tire with 80% tread left. Front tire is about 80% too
chrome 3 way adjustable lowering links. (stock links come with the bike too)
Scorpio alarm with 2 way remote pager, Comes with all the pgrades you can buy for it, perimiter sensor, remote ignition kill etc...
This bike has just about everything you could put on it, I know I'm forgetting some of the parts. You have to see this bike to appreciate it.It has incredible accelration and will stop on a dime. It's quick and nimble handeling feels like your riding a 600 but has the insane power of a 1000. Everywhere I go people are coming up and lookin at this bike, it turns heads everytime it leaves the house. I will include a brand new alpinestars blue jacket that matches the bike if buyer pays my asking price of $10,000 or I will trade for $8,500 and some dj equipment turn tables speakers mixers etc..
If you have any questions or would like to come see it call or email me..

thanks guys shes my baby, I dont wanna let her go but I cant keep up with my s2k payment insurance and now I think I need my tranny checked out so I cant make my bike payments too. Rocket I owe like $8500 or something so I would need the money to pay it off, the reason I was askin for dj stuff Is because I'm asking $10k for her, or to offset it a little throw in some dj stuff.. so $8,500 + gear = deal
