WTB: short ram intake

I'm trying to find a short ram intake for my '01 s2k... if anyone has anything for around $100 then let me know, thanks!!

you can just take off the cover to your airbox and get a better filter and there yo have it, short ram air

Yeah, but still the same amount of heatsoak and it looks like trash.

Why would you want a short ram? All they do is suck in hot air and there is no 'ram' effect.

Some people build showcars and like bling. I'm starting to fall into the showcar thing myself.

I still don't understand why they call these "ram air" intakes. A true ram-air intake has the inlet facing forward, outside the car, to facilitate positive pressure, upon forward movement.

i dont have a short ram but i do have intake are duct and cooling plate for sale
