Situation resolved.

It's been a while since I've been active on this site. Upon my return I was extremely disappointed to find my photo album missing and now being represented by the S2000.com member: franklin001. Whether he hacked the system, deleted them from my account, and added them to his, or S2000.com messed up, I don't know. I do know that he hasn't deleted them or announced that they were not his. Which I find to be a trait worthy of much dis-respect. So, anyone who may happen to see franklin001's beautiful New Formula Red S2000 with a custom stereo installation, as well as his own personal photography, don't be fooled they are the work and property of myself, Bladerunner. I have contacted S2000.com without success.
They have neither responded nor taken action to correct this error. Very un-professional; I've lost respect. This site has some great people on it but this is just ridiculous.

Thanks for the info. we need to get to the bottom of this for sure. I will give him as much to say maybr he does not no how to post pics. But anyway you look at It he needs to explain himself.

I have sent him a PM to get his response either here or through a PM to me to try to get this straightened out. I do not know when this can be resolved though since he only has four posts since he joined in in 2007 and hasn't posted since April of this year.

Yes, I lost respect. My respect for something isn't based on whether or not it's free (notice the ads?). Just more on common sense and everyday courtesy. Put yourself in my shoes. I didn't mention the word "owe" once. If my objection to the mishandling of my own information bothers you, I'm sorry.

Oops sorry I didnt know you paid for the ads. Ya ive been in your shoes I had a car on cardomain with a built motor custom built turbo manifold and someone took the pictures as their own. I didnt take the time to contact cardomain because well really who cares I posted them online in the first place.

There's a black bar across the top of the page just under the S2000.com logo. In the middle of the black banner are three links, the third one's a link to S2000 pictures. To set it up, when you come to the S2000 pictures page, look carefully and there will be a link to UPLOAD PHOTOS (it's a light blue bar, it's up kinda high, and the link's on the right side of the screen). Should be self explanatory from there I think.

We'll see if we can figure out what happened to your pictures, although I suspect it has to do with a couple of site crashes that happened earlier this year. I really don't think it was any nefariousness on anybody's part.

Haven't found any moderator tools to deal with this in any way, even deleting, which seems strange to me...

Franklin, if you're still around, would you please delete them? We're trying to see what happened but in the meanwhile I think we'll have to get you to help fix it manually...

Granted, the site gods aren't going to be hot to help you out with this one, and the mods don't have the power.

It looks like franklin is doing what he can to get it corrected.

Don't get me wrong, I'd be pissed if someone was truly pretending my photo's were theirs, but I really don't think bickering back and forth like this is warranted... (well, it's actually kind of a one-sided bickering...) Remember, if you wouldn't speak that way to them in person, don't speak that way on the forum. Love you guys!

Either way, it's resolved, lets be happy! Thanks to Franklin for eventually coming forward and letting us see what happened, thanks to BaldeRunner for Trying to keep his cool and being so passionate about his S and pics in the first place, and thanks ISU for trying to state his logical opinion!

It was all an honest mistake, thankfully!

He has been pretty busy. I think when this site crashed it did all kindsa funky stuff to his account but who knows. It still says java is the top poster.
