I'm not surprised it was empty today. I noticed that the surface streets around here were quiet, too.

Phil, I agree, the heat is on. Maybe more on freeways than canyon roads, but I'm sure they'll be there. Tricky little devils.

BTW, I'll be running the Star Specs (as you know) with a new alignment I got this week. It should be interesting.

It was CRAZY out today! Decker Cyn. was ok not to much traffic. Mullholland was a different story, CHP all over and check this out! I'm driving down to the Rock Store and I see something flash thru the rear view mirror, than I see a helmet like right on my trunk! Some Dudes where driving Go Carts down the road and passed me doing over 50, ARE THEY CRAZY! I couldn't even see them in my mirrors. I can't believe that the cops are not stopping that, there is a serious accident waiting to happen.

Lot of ijits out there. Last week I was heading up the snake when a bunch of skateboards came around the corner. I could just see one missing a corner and wrecking my bumper. Would have been a nightmare.

Yeah, lots of cops on Mulholland yesterday. And around 2:45 p.m., a couple of motorcyclists crashed just below the overlook. A helicopter came in to evacuate one of them.

Afternoon traffic on PCH was stop-and-go.

And temperatures were high. Felt like 90 degrees.

Did you have your top down? I seen a black AP2 pass me on Mullholland with the top down I turned around but it was gone. Was that you?

Hey Dudes and Dudettes, did a run down Mullholland today and Toyota MR2 day. I seen a yellow hard top Stewie with them but alot of MR2's. Not to many cops I seen one on Mullholland near Decker, than two on PCH. Neptunes Net there was a speed trap going south on PCH, but how can you speed there you might kill someone.

The heat should begin to break a little by Sunday. And if it does not, maybe the heat will keep some people at home and off the roads, meaning we get the roads to ourselves.

Well Marrk I don't know if you have been there but ALOT of cars and people go, so it will be hard to meet up unless we pick a spot and time. We should be there about 9:00 and park by McDonalds. Take my number with you and bring a cardboard sign that say's WILL WORK FOR ONE CELL PHONE CALL, I'm sure someone will feel sorry for you and let you use their phone to call me.

If it's the car show that I've been to before, it shouldn't be hard to locate a swanky guy like you, chaz.
