You can just take the center cap off.. You should buy a new nut though its recommended. I re-torqued mine down and it was fine for a while but now its clicking again, I just reused mine

You could just order a new nut and do it your self.. Im not exactly sure how much a new nut is doubt it could be THAT much. So you know not sure if you looked up a DIY or something but there is a part of it thats like punched in to not let it loosen up too much, You need to take like a flat head screwdriver and hammer it out before you can wrench it off, If that makes any sense

The torque spec was changed from 180 to 221 lb ft. It should not come loose if done at 221. If you are hearing clicking noise again, then it has created a problem with either the wheel bearing or the axle itself.

I think my car does this to. I heard it with the top down today from the rear, right hand side. Whenever I move slowly in first gear or reverse you can hear it as you first start to apply power.

This is not a big issue. a re-torque will usually fix it. 30 min and you are done both sides of the car. The dealer will do it, but not for free.
I suggest you have them take care of this when the car is in for other service. Anoying noise, but no dammage if taken care of. how to: http://s2000.com/forums/engine-tech-...axle-area.html

Got a buddy who is a Lexus tech. He will be doing this on Monday for me.
I don't have God's own torque wrench. I am bringing a PC to him and an LCD monitor. I have 7 game boxes, and 3 17'' laptops. He help me rebuild my MSP transmission back in 06. Any who, let the nut tightening BEGIN!
