Lower?

Just got some new Falken tires and Konig Further wheels put on my S2k. Wondering thoughts on if I should lower the car and get rid of the gaps?

If so, what lowering kit or springs do you recommend?

I would, Some times with aftermarket wheels the car looks super high, Depending on what kind of drop your looking for I have heard good things about eibach pro kit about a 1" drop all around

I know for a FACT that the last year of production of the S2000 is 2003!!!!!
After that, it will be the S2200 under an assumed name.

Depending on how far you lower the car take into account that you will need diff. spacers to compensate for the axle angle. In addition, an entirely different alignment will be in order so as to not destroy the cars handling. Good luck.

I have Tanabe NFs.... They're about a .8" drop all around. They look great and the car aligns perfectly. I, myself, would not go any lower.

I just have Tein 1" drop and I find it works for the streets and entrances around the valley. There are a lot of people that go lower here, but I wouldn't reccomend it until you get used to driving a lowered car. With my springs I just had an alignment done at Honda and that got it perfectly back in spec and I have no problems with tire wear.

those spacers are pretty much a novelty... they move the spider in the cup to a different spot so it doesnt rub the edge of the divot that slowly develops over the miles.

tein h techs are .8" which is a good drop. i'm stock and i scrape on all the crappy streets and entrances in oak cliff (south dallas). i want to go lower, but i'd need a new job or at least for our office to move to a different location.
