I had used Yakohama Advan A032R tires in the past for the 16" oem wheels. Now I have the 17" wheels, and the A032R can't accomodate certain width; only the A048 would. Has anyone used the A048 yet? How is it in the wet? How is the road noise and grip?

not sure if this helps, but isnt it standard fitment on the EVO VIII and/or STI?
i bet one of those message boards could clear up any confusion. although being that both cars are all wheel drive im not sure they could give any conclusions on wet weather handling for an s2000. |

TireRack karn. TireRack'll save ya.
They have educated testin' of the available tires in various conditions. You don't want the evals done by owners. That can become very misleadin' as it's comin' from different evaluators who might r' might not be very accurate in their assessments. Go with the tests done by the pros. It's uniformly done n' usually very accurate. Plus, they know what'll fit n' what won't. 'Works for me. Be well. Java
