hello-need help with right tires sizes on 17s

i am in the middle of purchasing the Shuk w21 from a friend of mine and i wanted to see if you guys would know what would be the best tires to put these wheels. they are in the F 17*7 with a 48 or 50 offset, in the R they are 17*9 with a 63 offset. right now they have in the F 245-40-17 and the R 275-40-17. I am pretty skeptic of these but they are R compounds, i want to put hankook rS2 on them.

BTW: anyone know how much you would pay for these? i have them at my house, but we have not discussed pricing yet. these have 1/2 thread left of hoosier a3s04 on them and 2 wheels are stratched

The information below is not the drop dead final word of what will and will not fit. These are minimum recommended offsets. You can use a higher offset if you want, and you will get additional fender clearance.

For the front:
6.5” to 7.5” wide wheel: 205 tires: +43 offset minimum
7.0” to 8.0” wide wheel: 215 tires: +48 offset minimum
7.0” to 8.0” wide wheel: 225 tires: +53 offset minimum
7.5” to 8.5” wide wheel: 235 tires: +58 offset minimum
7.5” to 8.5” wide wheel: 245 tires: +63 offset minimum

For the rear:
7.5” to 8.5” wide wheel: 235 tires: +40 offset minimum
7.5” to 9.0” wide wheel: 245 tires: +45 offset minimum
8.0” to 9.5” wide wheel: 255 tires: +50 offset minimum
8.5” to 9.5” wide wheel: 265 tires: +55 offset minimum
9.0” to 10.0” wide wheel: 275 tires: +60 offset minimum
9.0” to 10.0” wide wheel: 285 tires: +65 offset minimum

With that much curb rash and the tires half gone, I wouldn't pay over $500 for all four.
