Tein S-tech springs and alignment

Starting to look at mods and figured I'd start with the simple, suspension. I've ruled out coilovers due to expense and the fact that I don't need adjustable height. If I install the Tein S-tech coils, will a camber kit be required or can a reputable alignment shop get her in spec with the factory adjustments?

Any benefit to coil overs besides the adjustability issue?
